Sandro Teti as a guest of Asif Abbas oğlu Hacıyev, Rector of the Baku Slavic University (Bakı Slavyan Universiteti), together with the historian Franco Cardini, the Vice-Rector of the Pontifical Salesian University, Father Gianfranco Coffele, and the entrepreneur Giuliano Regonesi. The meeting was also attended by the first two Italian students enrolled at the Baku Slavic University, Gabriele Regonesi and Federico Cerea.
